Roasted Vegetable Cauliflower Crust Pizza - Costco 2 Pack

Crafted with a Gluten Free cauliflower crust, roasted vegetables, zesty tomato sauce and real cheese, this Costco 2 Pack brings crispy texture and roasted vegetable flavor to every bite. Check the Nutrition Facts panel for serving size, ingredients and allergen information.

Ingredients:
Brown rice flour, corn flour, gluten free oats, potato starch, sunflower oil and/or canola oil and/or safflower oil (with rosemary extract, ascorbic acid, tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate added as antioxidants), potatoes, sugar, rice flour, contains 2% or less of: hulled millet, sea salt, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate), salt, whey protein concentrate, bakers yeast extract, sunflower and/or canola lecithin, natural flavor (milk), yeast.

For best results, preheat oven according to package directions and bake until the cauliflower crust is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted. Let cool slightly, slice and serve.

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Remove overwrap and place pizza directly on center oven rack. Do not use baking sheet. Do not thaw pizza before cooking.  
3. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cheese is golden.  
4. Let pizza cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
