Pizza Sticks Ingredients

For the Pizza Sticks

  • 1 Milton’s Cauliflower Crust Margherita Four Cheese Pizza

For the Cheese Dip

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil, minced
  • Additional basil and chili flakes for garnish

Recipe Directions

Make the Pizza Sticks

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza package instructions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bake the pizza for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and cut the pizza in half, then slice each half into ½-inch strips.
  4. Separate the strips on the baking sheet and return to the oven.
  5. Bake for an additional 7–10 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and golden.
  6. Set aside while you finish the cheese dip.

Make the Warm Cheese Dip

  1. While the pizza sticks bake, heat the butter in a frying pan until melted.
  2. Add flour and grated garlic. Stir until the mixture thickens and the flour is fully absorbed.
  3. Stir in the dried thyme, oregano, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add mozzarella and white cheddar, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Stir in the fresh basil and taste for seasoning adjustments.
  7. Reduce heat to low and keep warm with the lid on until ready to serve.
  8. When the pizza sticks are done, whisk the cheese sauce once more and transfer to a serving bowl.
  9. Garnish with extra basil and chili flakes before serving.
