Gluten Free No-Bake Cocoa Cookies
Create with Milton’s Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers. (click for recipe)
Ingredients:
½ cup honey
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup coconut oil
½ cup toasted sunflower seed butter
1 ½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup Milton’s Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers, crushed into small pieces
¼ cup rolled oats (certified gluten free)
Instructions:
Line a large cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine the honey, cocoa powder, and coconut oil. Stir under medium heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a minute, then stir in sunflower seed butter until completely smooth. Add the sunflower seeds, crushed crackers and oats. Mix well. Use a spoon to drop mixture into small piles on a prepared baking sheet, making about 15 cookies. Transfer cookies to the refrigerator and allow to set for at least one hour, then get to snacking!
