  • 1 bag Milton’s Multi-Grain Gluten Free Crackers
  • ½ cup powdered milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz berry-flavored jam

How to Make Berry Jam Bars

1. Prepare the Crust:

  • Place Milton’s Multi-Grain Gluten Free Crackers in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form.
  • Add the powdered milk, sugar, and melted butter to the crumbs. Pulse until the mixture resembles soft sand.
  • Reserve ¼ cup of the mixture for topping.

2. Assemble the Tart Pan:

  • Spray a 14-inch tart pan with removable base with baking spray.
  • Pour the cracker mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.

5. Cool and Slice:

  • Allow the bars to cool completely for at least 1 hour (or refrigerate overnight for easier slicing).
  • Remove from the tart pan and cut into small squares.
