Gluten Free Smoked Salmon Dip

A great accompaniment to our Salt and Vinegar Gluten Free Crackers. This Smoked Salmon Dip. It’s very easy to make for a quick lunch or even snack plate for a nice light meal.

Gluten Free Smoked Salmon Dip

Smoked Salmon Dip Ingredients


For the Dip

  • 6 oz Smoked Salmon - Flaked (note this is not lox, but a whole piece of smoked salmon)

  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream

  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Dill

  • 1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind

  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Pickled Onions

  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper to your taste.


For the Snack Plate

  • 1 Endive sliced into quarters

  • ¼ of a Japanese or Persian Cucumber sliced into sticks

  • 4 Radishes cut in half or quarters depending on the size

  • 1 Boiled Egg Cut in Half

  • 4-6 Steamed and Cooled Green Beans

  • 2 cups of Milton’s Salt and Vinegar Gluten Free Crackers.


Directions

Mix all the Salmon Dip ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the

vegetables and egg on a plate along with the Salmon Dip. Serve with 2 cups of Milton’s Salt

and Vinegar Gluten Free Crackers.
