Gluten Free Cracker Loaded Nachos
Create with Milton’s Crispy Sea Salt or Fire Roasted Vegetable Gluten Free Crackers and your favorite cheeses and nachos ingredients. (click for recipe)
Ingredients:
2 bags Milton’s Gluten Free Sea Salt or Cheddar Cheese Crackers
1-2 cups shredded cheese
¼ cup diced onion
1 jalapeño, diced
½ cup black olives
¼ cup chili peppers
½ cup tomatoes or salsa
½ cup guacamole
¼ cup cilantro
2 limes, sliced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread out Milton’s Gluten Free Crackers in a large oven safe dish.
Top with cheese, onion, jalapeño, olives and chili peppers.
Bake for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh tomatoes or salsa, guacamole, cilantro and lime wedges.
