Gluten Free Cracker Loaded Nachos

Ingredients:

2 bags Milton’s Gluten Free Sea Salt or Cheddar Cheese Crackers

1-2 cups shredded cheese

¼ cup diced onion

1 jalapeño, diced

½ cup black olives

¼ cup chili peppers

½ cup tomatoes or salsa

½ cup guacamole

¼ cup cilantro

2 limes, sliced


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread out Milton’s Gluten Free Crackers in a large oven safe dish.

  2. Top with cheese, onion, jalapeño, olives and chili peppers.

  3. Bake for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.

  4. Garnish with fresh tomatoes or salsa, guacamole, cilantro and lime wedges.
