Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Bars

Ingredients

6 cups Milton's Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers, lightly crushed

1 ½ cups butterscotch chips

4 Tbsp butter

2 cups gluten free marshmallows

¾ cup glucose syrup

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Microwave butterscotch chips, butter, syrup and marshmallows for 3 minutes, stopping halfway to stir.

  2. Stir again until smooth, adding the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and crackers.

  3. Grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

  4. Gently press the cracker mixture into the pan.

  5. Melt the white chocolate, stirring until smooth.

  6. Drizzle over the bars and let set.

  7. Slice and serve!
