Gluten Free Guasacaca Avocado Dip

A zesty twist on traditional guacamole. Fresh diced avocado mashed with diced garlic, onion, poblano pepper, tomato and other seasoning for an exciting change of pace, perfect with Milton’s GF Fire Roasted Vegetable and GF Crispy Sea Salt crackers. (click for recipe)

Gluten Free Guasacaca Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

4 ripe avocados

2 cloves of garlic, finely diced

½ red bell pepper, finely diced

1 plum tomato, finely diced

½ poblano pepper, finely diced

½ yellow onion, finely diced

¼ cup red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, with a fork, mash the avocado with the garlic until chunky. Gently mix in the red pepper, tomato, chile pepper, onion, vinegar, olive oil, parsley, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.

  2. Serve with your favorite Milton‘s Gluten Free Crackers
