Chocolate Dipped Organic Cracker Sandwiches

Ingredients:

½ cup creamy almond butter

30 Milton’s Organic Himalayan Salt Crackers

1 cup white or milk chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Spread almond butter on half of the crackers.

  2. Top with remaining crackers to make sandwiches

  3. Refrigerate until firm.

  4. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water (or a microwave).

  5. Dip sandwiches into the chocolate and allow excess to drip off.

  6. Place on waxed paper to dry.
