Why You Should Choose Cauliflower Crust
Before we dive into cooking instructions, what makes cauliflower crust frozen pizza so special?
Cauliflower Crust vs. Traditional Crust
Cauliflower crust frozen pizzas are often better for you versus traditional pizzas. This specialty crust usually contains fewer carbohydrates, fewer calories, and more protein than regular pizza crusts.
Gluten Free Pizza Crust
If your diet is gluten free, certified gluten free cauliflower crust pizzas are a must-have. You can still enjoy one of the most well-loved dishes without sacrificing flavor or texture.
Some gluten free products are bland, unsatisfying, and have poor textures, but at Milton’s Craft Bakers, we craft our pizzas to deliver delicious flavor and a crispy texture with each bite.
Don’t settle for boring gluten free products. Enjoy your favorite pizza flavors with our cauliflower crust pizzas!

Milton's Frozen Cauliflower Pizza Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure your oven is fully heated before making your pizza.
Remove all packaging from your pizza before placing it directly on the rack. Cook it at 425 degrees for between 13 and 15 minutes until the cheese has a golden tint.
Take your cauliflower pizza out of the oven and let it cool for two to three minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Other Ways to Cook Cauliflower Pizza
If you prefer a different cooking method, try one of the options below to make frozen cauliflower pizza crust that’s crispy and delicious.
Air Fryer Instructions
To make your cauliflower pizza in an air fryer, preheat it to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place your pizza in the air fryer basket or oven slot (you may need to cut the pizza to make it fit). Cook for between six and eight minutes until the cheese looks golden.
For a crispier pizza crust, you can leave the pizza in for an extra minute or two.
Grill Instructions
Grilling pizza is a unique way of flavoring your cauliflower crust pizza. Fire up your grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to get started!
Once the grill is preheated, place your pizza directly on the grill.
Close the grill's lid and allow the pizza to cook for 15 to 20 minutes. We recommend rotating your pizza halfway through the cooking process.
Remove the pizza from the grill to cool before serving. Enjoy!
Smoker Instructions
You can make our cauliflower pizzas in your smoker easily. Burn your charcoal and smoke wood at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Turn your smoker up to 470 degrees and place the pizza inside on a heat-resistant tray. The pizza will need about 20 minutes to smoke thoroughly.
Once the cheese is bubbling and looks golden-colored, your pizza is ready to cool. Enjoy!
